British quail eggs pickled with an extravagant splash of Champagne-Ardenne vinegar make for a very special occasion.

Lightly spiced and with the sharp, fruity flavour of Champagne-Ardenne vinegar running through classic malt vinegar, these bite-sized eggs have a beautifully creamy yolk surrounded by a firm white which makes them truly delicious.
Bring a little touch of la-di-da to pre-dinner nibbles.
Ingredients: Egg; Distilled malt vinegar (with barley); Champagne-Ardenne vinegar (20%) (with sulphites); Spices

These pickled eggs come with a minimum 4 month shelf life – but they’ll be long gone by then! Once opened keep cool in sealed container with eggs covered in vinegar. Consume within 4 weeks.
