Garlic Pickled Eggs

Fresh cloves of garlic carry on infusing the eggs with flavour right up until you can resist no longer and have to open the jar and eat one.  The wonderful garlic taste with a mix of spices and fruity wine vinegar goes right to the centre of the egg.

Using British free range eggs and pure brewed vinegar, each jarful is carefully made and labelled by hand.

A special feature of these jars is that garlic cloves can naturally take on a greenish-blue tinge in vinegar which is perfectly harmless and very pretty!
